Fitness Time - You will have three choices. Please complete 2 of them · Choice a: Dance continuously for 4 of your favourite songs. Go as crazy as you like. You can do this inside or outside, but don’t disturb any other family members with your LOUDNESS! ·Choice b: Fitness challenge – Bigger/faster/stronger 20 x Star Jumps 20 x Mt Climbs 20 x High air punches 10 x fwd/bwd jumps 5 x Burpees 10 x High leaps (5 each leg) 10 x side twist jumps 10 x side lunges (5 each leg) 10 x squats complete the challenge 4X · Choice c: Roll A Circuit- Read the rules and either play by yourself or with another family member.
