Lets start today with some more animal poses with our cute monkey. He knows all the moves. This is just a gentle way to get our bodies moving. Video 2 Sock it. Foot and eye coordination. This will require a level of core strength as well to enable the students to lift the legs up. There is also a level of skill and balance to flick socks into the air. A bit tricky but a good challenge. and if you're at school bean bags make a good substitute. Video 3 Here are some more poses that will help develop strength and balance in your bodies. Believe it or not I could do all of these. i did find the dancer pose was the hardest when I was balancing on my left leg. |
