DescriptionStudents will do a warm up of 3 mins
6 exs done for 30 sec each and 10 sec rest between each exercise Fwd/bwd jumps Knee drives Twists Punches Sprint on spot Squats Feet in athletic stance. Right ft fwd (no difference rt and left footer) Knees slightly bent. Wrist together elbows wide and level with shoulders thumbs pointing to eyebrows (Reindeer Antlers) Fingers form a triangle/diamond keep fingers spread (shape of ball) Try to recoil wrists back to forehead and push through arms to sky (reach for the stars) and freeze. Use legs to push up simultaneously with arms Watch video 1
