DescriptionI know what you are thinking. Really breathing. Ive been breathing all my life. But the question is more so how we breathe when we exercise. I watch students struggle with their distance running simply because they are not getting enough oxygen into their lungs. Here are the things we need to examine. Do I breathe through my nose or mouth. How do I get enough oxygen into my lungs? How often should I take a breath?
