Description'This is an activity that can be done on the footpath. Encourage your older brothers and sisters and mum's or dad's to have a go with you. I think you will find this session challenging. I would like you to do this weeks lesson twice if possible as i would like you to do running as often as possible during this term.

EquipmentNo equipment is required. If you a performing this at a park, you can bring some objects to use as markers.

Activity: Do the activity with an older sibling or parent.
