FoundationWelcome to your home page. With the return to face to face teaching this term PE sessions will be 40 minutes per grade. There will be an emphasis on social distancing in the program with appropriate activities that meet department guidelines.

Video 2 is the Action song. Do the moves and sing a long. Video 3 is about getting into some positions of things you might see in the sea. Try it out. I found it hard. |

And a flexible body which I discovered I do not have. A yoga mat would be handy.... |

I really tried but I couldn't do the Turtle Pose. It was embarrassing.
I did the Crab pose. I was happy I couldn't get my arms behind my back to do the Shark pose. That was frustrating. I could do the Starfish pose. Hooray!! What a relief 2 out of 4 Mmmmmmmmmmm. How many can you do? |
