WALT (what we are learning today)Learning to catch a ball below shoulder height.

Description Our goal is to keep our hands together and make a nest for the ball to land. We will be using underarm throws. Our focus is to maintain eye contact with the object at all times. Today I have Ben and Stephanie helping with the filming. Best results will occur if parents run the activity based on what been shown in the video. Enjoy and have fun.

EquipmentA small ball around the size of a tennis ball.
If you don’t have a tennis ball, use any ball that is a similar size or a bean bag or a couple pairs of socks rolled up into a ball shape. |
