DescriptionOur goal is to produce an accurate punt kick using either right foot or left foot or both.
Ball (toilet roll) is held with two hands at knee level. Opposite foot (to the one that will kick the ball) is slightly forward. DROP the ball on to the bridge of a pointed (extended) foot. The kicking leg should swing forward from just behind the the body and should contact the ball with a straight leg just above the ground |
