WALT (what we are learning today)Improve our speed when running

Description This is an activity that can be done on the footpath or park. we will be doing some drills that will help with maximizing your stride and discuss how foot strike can help your running over longer distances. I have spoken a lot about the way we stride and its effect on our running speed. The first video in the tune up discusses this very well. We are looking at bringing our technique up to strong foot and move away from lazy foot which is basically just shuffling.
